Four Seasons Resort Lanai, a luxury island retreat on Lanai, Hawaii, is seeking a Steward who will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will wash, sanitize, and organize kitchenware and assist in maintaining pristine production spaces across the resort’s food & beverage operations.

Facilities include Nobu Lanai and a Jack Nicklaus golf course; the role requires legal work authorization in the United States and the ability to work a rotating schedule, including

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Willing to work on a 7 days/week, 24 hours/day schedule including holidays.
• HB to obtain TB clearance card per Hawaii DOH.
• Hawaii Driver’s License and driving record required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment; store items after washing.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains and production spaces.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures.
• Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk‑ins and refrigeration units.
• Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals per safety standards.

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. STEWARD

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Steward who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment; properly store all items after washing
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures
• Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk‑ins and refrigeration units
• Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
