Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances the guest experience. You will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring kitchens and outlets operate at the highest standards.
The role offers an hourly rate of $25.29 with a sign-on bonus of $1000 gross after successful completion of probation.
Qualifications
- Must have legal work authorization in United States.
- Required TB clearance card per Hawaii DOH for food/beverage operations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize china, glassware, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities.
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
- Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service.

As a Steward, you play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety ensures our kitchens and restaurants operate at the highest standards across all outlets.
Earn a $1000 gross sign‑on bonus, paid after successfully completing your 90‑day probationary period and probationary review—start strong and be rewarded for your success!
Please note: Internal applicants within the Four Seasons Resort are not eligible for the sign‑on bonus.
- Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back‑of‑house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
- Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
- Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
