Qualifications

• CRCST certification required within 18 months of hire.
• Two years of experience in sterile processing preferred or related certification.
• Alternative adjacent roles may be acceptable with perioperative exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Clean, package, and process surgical equipment; manage inventory and storage.
• Operate and troubleshoot sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washers, ultrasonic cleaners).
