Surgical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Team Member for operating room support and sterile processing. This role involves pre-, intra-, and post-operative duties, instrument management, and high-level service to OR staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, 2–5 years of customer service, and be able to work 24/7 shifts in a hospital setting. Vaccination is required; CRCST certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• CRCST or Certified Surgical Technician preferred; CRCST within 120 days of hire.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; 24/7 rotations.

Aufgaben

• Set a high standard of performance for staff and peers.
• Understand surgical procedures and anticipate needs to ensure exceptional service.
• Pre-Operative Setup: Confirm video and surgical equipment are functional and arrange monitors as per preferences.
• Intra-Operative Support: Verify equipment connections and address supply needs promptly.
• Post-Operative Turnover: Collect and inventory instruments for cleaning and sterilization.
• Instrument and Equipment Management: Decontamination, inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization of instruments.
• Professional Conduct and Availability: Provide high-quality service and be available for on-call and rotating shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology Utilization: Learn and use required technologies (ADP, Outlook, Concur, Slack, SCMP).
• Other Responsibilities: Support team and hospital operations; manage company property.
