Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• CRCST certification preferred; must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room and sterile processing support, ensuring equipment readiness.
• Pre-Operative setup and arrange monitors per surgeon preferences.
• Intra-Operative support and address supply needs.
• Post-Operative turnover and inventory management.
• Maintain decontamination and sterilization standards for instruments.
• Keep surgeon preference cards current.
• Be available for 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Learn and utilize company technologies per policy.
• Support hospital operations and manage company property responsibly.
