Job summary

Surgical Solutions in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an OR/Sterile Processing Technician to join our team serving the NYC area. You will support operating room staff, prepare pre-operative setups, and manage instrument sterilization and equipment.

Must have a high school diploma or GED; CRCST certification preferred; 2–5 years of customer service. COVID-19 vaccination is required and 24/7 shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRCST and/or CST preferred; CRCST must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room support and anticipate staff needs.
• Set up pre-operative equipment and verify functionality.
• Manage instrument decontamination, sterilization, and inventory.
• Coordinate with surgeons and staff for timely instrument availability.
• Assist with intra-operative equipment setup and post-operative turnover.
