Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified CRCST preferred; must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• 2-5 years of face-to-face customer service experience; 1 year OR SPD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating room to support procedures and anticipate staff needs.
• Perform pre- and post-operative equipment setup and turnover.
• Sterilize, inspect, wrap, and decontaminate surgical instruments.
• Manage laparoscopic equipment and keep surgeon preference cards current.
• Support 24/7 on-call coverage and rotate shifts.
