You will lead and train staff, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and maintain clear workflow communication across departments.

The role focuses on supervising daily tasks, coordinating staffing, and ensuring accurate completion of assignments while upholding high quality and safety in sterile processing operations.

Formación

• Leadership and instructional skills to direct and mentor sterile processing staff.
• Knowledge of AAMI, AORN, JC and OSHA regulations.
• Experience in sterile equipment processing and decontamination procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns, instructs and checks work of team members.
• Prioritizes staffing and adjusts workload for production needs.
• Maintains sterilization and processing records and ensures compliance.
• Operates sterilizers (steam and hydrogen peroxide) and verifies equipment function.
