Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Sterile Processing or Surgical Technology program or 18 months relevant Sterile Processing experience.
• Knowledge of infection control techniques and medical terminology.
• Current CRCST or CSPDT certification; maintain by CEUs and renewal.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, clean, process and sterilize supplies and equipment for the hospital and clinics.
• Charge, log services, and manage patient charges for the OR as needed.
• Perform daily biological testing and participate in department-wide improvement projects.
