Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced CSP Operations Supervisor to manage sterile processing operations across 50+ procedural areas. You will supervise shift technicians, assist as a preceptor, and ensure compliant decontamination, prep, packaging, sterilization, and storage processes.

Essential duties include supervising staff, triaging OR issues, maintaining testing logs, and coordinating with Biomedical Engineering and Environmental Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification with CBSPD/IAHCSMM/HSPA within 12 months of hire preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination, prep and packaging, sterilization, high-level disinfection, and sterile storage tasks.
• Lead and supervise CSP technicians; assist as point-of-contact for OR concerns.
• Maintain logs of testing and maintenance per national standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with Biomedical Engineering and Environmental Services as needed.
• Ensure casebuild accuracy and documentation in the instrument tracking system.
