Job summary

TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Supervisor of Sterile Processing to lead the CSP team, oversee instrument sterilization, and ensure readiness for surgical procedures.

You will manage daily CSP operations, enforce standards, train staff, and collaborate with perioperative services to sustain quality and safety while supporting staff development and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2–3 years experience in Progressive Leadership.
• Operating Room Experience (RN, Surgical Technician, Surgical Assistant/First Assistant) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the CSP department and oversee instrument sterilization readiness.
• Coordinate hospital-wide Central Sterile Service Department activities.
• Ensure sterility of processed items and monitor sterilization practices.
• Establish training and educational offerings for CSP staff and leads.
• Report incidents to the Director of perioperative Services and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain and update policies to current standards.
