Formación

• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required.
• CIS issued by HSPA preferred.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of work experience is required.
• WE CARE values promotion is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Decontaminates surgical instruments according to manufacturer’s instructions and supervisor guidance.
• Inspects instruments after decontamination to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Assembles instrument trays and uses count sheets for accuracy.
• Interfaces with department tracking system for processing functions.
• Packages or containers instrument sets per guidelines and standards.
• Loads sterilizer carts and wraps goods per recommendations.
• Runs daily sterilizer tests and monitors biological indicators.
• Documents load contents and updates tracking system with cycle details.
• Unloads sterilizers and stores items in correct locations per tracking system.
• Coordinates and provides coverage at 1BP and Main campus per schedule.
