Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CRCST, CSPDT, CIS, CER certifications listed; CIS and CER preferred.
• 2–3 years of Central Sterile Technician experience required.

• Supervises daily sterile processing operations and staffing.
• Oversees workflow, scheduling, and operational coordination.
• Ensures quality, safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
