Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the Central Sterile Processing (CSP) team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Recruit, train, and manage CSP staff, including technicians and support personnel.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure cleanliness and sterility of instruments and equipment.
• Oversee function and maintenance of sterilization equipment, including autoclaves.
• Manage and maintain inventory of sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Manage CSP department budget, including personnel costs, equipment purchases, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., The Joint Commission, OSHA) and accrediting bodies.
• Collaborate with surgical, medical, and nursing teams to ensure timely supply of sterile instruments.
