Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies, collaborating with O.R. staff, and managing inventory. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience and obtain CRCST certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• At least three years of current experience in a Central Processing, Sterilization, or Operating Room.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have CRCST certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff supervision for Central Processing.
• Monitors quality of services and oversees necessary documentation.
• Collaborates with O.R. staff on service requirements and instrumentation.
