Responsibilities

• Provides consultation to supervisors in resolving complex administrative issues.
• Manages personnel, financial, and operational activities of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Ensures compliance with administrative and regulatory standards within the healthcare facility.
• Plans, implements, and manages policies, procedures, competencies, educational activities, and QA programs for sterilization of reusable instruments.
• Maintains record-keeping systems for processing instruments and equipment.
