Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Sterile Processing leader to oversee staff and ensure compliant, efficient processing of instruments and equipment. You will coordinate with Surgery leadership to meet daily instrumentation needs and drive quality and safety programs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in sterile processing, an associate degree, and CRCST/CSPDT/LPN/RN prerequisites. This full-time day shift role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in a health field.
• Experience in sterile processing in a hospital setting required.
• Knowledge of AAMI, IAHCSMM, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sterile processing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Surgery and other departments to meet instrumentation needs.
• Manage personnel actions and staffing schedules.
• Support policy development and training activities.
