Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement program and documents QA data.
• Oversees equipment, sterilization processes, and logbooks; ensures timely maintenance.
• Directs shift staffing, assigns tasks, and communicates issues to management.
• Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes and QA activities.
• Promotes safety, Universal Precautions, and infection control across the department.
• Supports department goals and system-wide initiatives through teamwork and leadership.
