Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor/Manager to lead a high-performing SPD team. You will recruit, orient, and develop staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the operating room environment.

You will collaborate with clinical engineering and vendors, manage budgets, and drive process improvements while maintaining par levels and instrument inventories to support the OR schedule.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Sterile Processing and/or Operating Room experience and 2 years of lead/managerial experience.
• CSPDT or CRCST certification required.

Responsabilités

• Select, orientate, develop, evaluate and maintain a highly motivated SPD staff.
• Participate in interviews and recommend best candidates.
• Coordinate activities of SPD and manage workload fluctuations.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure efficient operation of SPD.
• Assist in creating/updating job descriptions and communicate policy changes.
