West Henderson Hospital in the Valley Health System seeks an experienced Sterile Processing leader to oversee SPD operations and coordinate with Surgical Services and nursing units. You will ensure timely reprocessing of instruments across the facility and maintain High-Level Disinfection standards.

English proficiency and prior supervisory experience are required; CRCST/CSPDT certifications must be attained within two years.

Competenze

• 4–5 years’ experience in Sterile Processing with increasing responsibility.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required; additional certifications to be acquired within two years.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage SPD operations and act as liaison between SPD and other departments.
• Ensure coordinated and timely delivery of reprocessed items to clinical stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and High-Level Disinfection (HLD) standards.
• Manage SPD budget in collaboration with Surgical Services Director, focusing on productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain internal reviews to ensure service programs operate in compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.
