Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sterile processing or operating room experience required.
• Certified as CSPDT or CRST preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Support facility policies and contribute to high standards of care.
• Perform sterilization, decontamination, and instrument processing per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory, records, and clean central processing area.
• Collaborate with ASC team and infection prevention to ensure safety.

Education

High School Graduate or GED equivalent

Sterile processing or operating room experience

Certified CSPDT or CRST
