Qualifications

• Central Service Tech certs (CBSPD or HSPA) required within 12 months of hire/transfer.
• Education: HS equiv with experience or an associate/technical degree with experience.

• Oversee decontamination, assembly and sterilization per AAMI standards.
• Prepare surgical case carts with accurate inventory per local standards.
• Evaluate QA findings and track workflow metrics for improvement.
