Qualifications

• Six years of Sterile Processing experience in an acute care hospital.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Sterile Processing certification: CSCST or CSPDT and Instrument Specialist certification: CIS or CSIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization workflows.
• Maintain OR and Sterile Processing workflow and daily shift assignments.
• Provide staff coaching and performance feedback to management.
• Monitor department budget and supply needs.
