Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST required; certification within 1 year if not present.
• Work experience: 3 years Sterile Processing/OR experience.
• Management experience: Documented leadership roles in OR/Sterile Processing.
• Skills/Knowledge: Strong instrumentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program manager with HR-related functions and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with Central Service standards and quality benchmarks.
