Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a dependable sterile compounding pharmacy technician for our New Albany, Ohio facility. You will prepare sterile medications under pharmacist supervision, following USP 797 guidelines and site SOPs.

The role is onsite, day shift, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including aseptic filling, documentation, and regular cleanroom support. Certification and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.
• National Certification (CPhT) preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Site SOPs and wear PPE.
• Compound sterile medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare components, formulate solutions, and perform aseptic filling and packaging.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities per SOPs.
• Support cleanroom activities and equipment calibration.
• Document all compounding activities per USP 797.
• Communicate with pharmacists and report lab issues.
• Complete USP 797 training as required.
