Job summary

Hims & Hers in Ohio seeks a Manager, Sterile Operations to oversee sterile compounding in our Modular Cleanroom, ensuring strict USP 797/800 compliance and safe, accurate preparation of sterile products. You will train and supervise staff, review materials, manage equipment, maintain daily logs, and coordinate with the Pharmacist‑in‑charge on quality and regulatory matters.

Requirements: PharmD and Ohio license, CSPT or willingness to complete, 3+ years of sterile experience, and proven

Qualifications

• PharmD with active Ohio license is required or in process.
• Strong knowledge of USP 797/800 and related pharmacopeia.
• Experience leading pharmacists, technicians, and support staff in a sterile setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile compounding in the Modular Cleanroom with emphasis on accuracy and safety.
• Train, supervise, and develop compounding personnel.
• Manage materials review, equipment operation, and environmental monitoring.
• Maintain daily cleanroom logs and QA/QC checks for compounded sterile products.
• Coordinate with PIC on quality, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Ensure adherence to safety and HIPAA requirements in all activities.
