Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sterile Operations in Ohio to oversee sterile compounding in a Modular Cleanroom, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 and related regulations. You will lead pharmacists and technicians, provide training, and document procedures for QA/QC checks.

You will coordinate with the PIC and R&D teams on new sterile preparations while maintaining safety and HIPAA privacy. A PharmD with Ohio license and CSPT is required, with at least 3 years of sterile experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of pharmacy experience that includes sterile compounding exposure.
PharmD with active license in the State of Ohio.
CSPT or willingness to complete in the first year of employment.
Deep working knowledge of USP 797 and 800 requirements and best practices.
Awareness of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
1+ years in a managerial role over Pharmacists, Technicians, and pharmacy support personnel.
Ability to work flexible shift times.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
Must be able to wear respirator and maintain PHI security.

Responsibilities

Oversee sterile compounding in the designated Modular Cleanroom Shift and act as SME for sterile compounding.
Ensure compliance with USP 797/800 and related regulations.
Provide training and supervision to compounding personnel.
Document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks.
Review materials prior to use in sterile compounding.
Oversee equipment and cleanroom workflow with maintenance and QA teams.
Coordinate with PIC on personnel, quality, and regulatory matters.
Lead R&D collaboration on development and scale-up of prepared sterile products.
