Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 - Sterile to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab and facility equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document the results while collaborating with quality and regulatory teams.

You will work under general supervision, interact with supervisors regularly, and help ensure safety, compliance, and uptime across the pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and provide age verification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills.
• Experience troubleshooting machinery without supervision.
• Able to document maintenance charts and interpret data for improvements.
• English communication skills; Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC and CMMS systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment and facilities.
• Document maintenance data on charts and logs.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment in labs and non-lab areas.
• Identify maintenance trends and use predictive maintenance to address issues.
