Job summary

Hims is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for its Compounding Facilities in Gilbert, AZ. You will provide mid-level maintenance support to the Operations Engineering & Maintenance Department, applying predictive and preventive maintenance to tablet presses, hoods, and other lab equipment.

You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and document maintenance data, collaborate with QA and regulatory teams, and respond promptly to equipment issues to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industry maintenance/engineering experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Knowledge of PLC and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive and preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
• Document maintenance data and charts.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams on documentation.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and production interruptions.
• Support cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
