Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Maintenance to provide mid-level support for predictive and preventive maintenance on critical warehouse equipment including HVAC, compressors, and forklifts. You will troubleshoot, analyze, and report maintenance issues with guidance from a supervisor and work to maintain safe, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Project Management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills without supervision.
• Experience documenting predictive/preventive maintenance data.
• English communication; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Able to climb stairs and lift safely with lifts.
• 5+ years in maintenance in manufacturing or facilities.
• Knowledge of PLC, CMMS, and related systems.
• Formal training or certification in electrical/mechanical/HVAC trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, air compressors, conveyors, shelving, and other production-related systems.
• Document work orders and maintain maintenance records in CMMS.
• Ensure 5S and safety compliance; identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Seek process improvements and efficiency/cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
