Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Maintenance Tech II, Compounding Facilities to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in preserving lab equipment reliability. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, and HVAC systems, documenting data and communicating issues to supervision.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, calibration, and maintaining regulatory-compliant records, while coordinating with production to minimize

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and present state-required proof of age documents.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery without supervision or direction.
Ability to document predictive/preventive maintenance charts, technical data and other data; interpret data and provide input for improvement.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, air compressors, electrical controls).
Document maintenance data on charts as required.
Repair and troubleshoot equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air systems, and HVAC.
Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
Maintain calibration records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Identify trends and implement predictive maintenance actions for efficiency and cost savings.
