Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 - Sterile to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in a GMP pharmaceutical environment. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Role requires collaboration with QA and regulatory affairs, strong documentation, and the ability to work safely in a lab and manufacturing setting. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and able to provide age verification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic project management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Experience with PLC and CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab and facility equipment.
• Document maintenance data on charts and logs.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Identify issues and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with QA and regulatory teams to maintain documentation.
