Job summary

Hims & Hers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile operations in a modular cleanroom. You will ensure compliance with USP 797/800, supervise staff, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards.

The role requires PharmD or Pharm degree, Ohio license, and 2+ years of pharmacist experience. Day shift 6:00am-6:30pm on a 2-2-3-2 rotation, with equity and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with at least 2 years of experience in pharmacy practice.
• In-depth knowledge of USP 797 and 800.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Familiarity with state and federal pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Train and guide compounding staff on aseptic technique and documentation.
• Review materials and supervise equipment used in sterile compounding.
• Ensure environmental monitoring and cleanroom standards are met.
• Collaborate with R&D for scale-up of new sterile preparations.
• Maintain PHI privacy and follow HIPAA regulations.
