Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile operations in a modular cleanroom. You will ensure compliance with USP 797/800, supervise staff, maintain aseptic techniques, and ensure safety and quality in all compounded preparations.

Day Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm on a rotating 2-2-3-2 schedule. Role includes equity and opportunities to work with R&D on scale-up of new sterile products, while maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Experience with sterile compounding; preferably from non-sterile starting components.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff performing aseptic manipulations and related tasks.
• Document compounding procedures and quality checks.
• Review materials before use in sterile compounding.
• Oversee equipment and cleanroom workflow with maintenance and QA teams.
• Collaborate with R&D for scale-up of new preparations.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines for hazardous drugs.
