Job summary

Hims & Hers in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations in a modular cleanroom. You will ensure compliance with USP 797/800, supervise staff, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a PharmD or BPharmacy, an active Ohio license, and 2+ years of pharmacist experience, with strong aseptic technique and FDA/state regulations knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Active Ohio pharmacist license.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 797/800.
• Knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Supervise personnel and maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance on aseptic manipulations, labeling and documentation.
• Document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate with PIC and Sterile Compounding Manager on compliance.
