Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our OH facility, focusing on non-sterile compounding in a closed-door environment. You will work with topicals, tablets, gummies, and other formulations, ensuring strict USP compliance and precise documentation.

We require an active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license and at least one year of experience in pharmacy settings, with growth paths into leadership and automation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license.
• 1 year pharmacy technician experience; hospital/compounding preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795> and USP <800> standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and records.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay compliant in a regulated environment.
• Organized, dependable and collaborative team player.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Participate in site-specific training, competency assessments, and revalidation.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795> and <800> requirements and comply with laws.
• Compound non-sterile medications per orders and SOPs after certification.
