This in-person placement offers hands-on rotation through warehouse, logistics, inside sales, and counter operations.

You will work on projects, quotations, marketing, digital solutions, and e-commerce strategies while exploring outside sales tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA/BS).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in bachelor’s program.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership capabilities.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude; flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training across warehouse, logistics, inside sales, and counter operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in projects, quotations, marketing, digital solutions, and e-commerce strategies.
• Engage in outside sales and specialty tracks to understand customer relationships and market approaches.
• Collaborate with peers in team-building activities and travel to various company locations for training.
• Prepare and deliver an executive presentation on key strategic initiatives to the Leadership team.
