Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling or closely related field.
• 5–7 years of administrative experience in higher education or secondary education settings.
• Experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and administer the UBMS program ensuring alignment with funder and university regulations.
• Supervise program staff including Assistant Director and summer instructors; recruit and train staff.
• Manage budgets and contracts, maintain partnerships with Nobles and Lawrence High School, ensure timely reporting.
