Qualifications

• Five-to-seven years of administrative experience in higher education or secondary education.
• Experience managing budgets and grant/program funds.
• Experience in curriculum development and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and evaluate the UBMS program activities to meet objectives and funder requirements.
• Directly supervise program staff including assistant director and instructors; coordinate curriculum offerings.
• Recruit, train and supervise instructional staff; support curriculum delivery and assessment.
• Manage program budgets and financial records; ensure compliance with policies and funders.
