Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or a closely related field; Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three‑five (3‑5) years of professional administrative experience and/or teaching within a primary, secondary school or post‑secondary institution.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the recruitment, screening, and intake of program participants; manage admissions decisions based on need, academics, and commitment.
  • Supervise instructional staff; ensure alignment with Massachusetts Core Curriculum and program objectives.
  • Develop and implement program curricula, coordinate English Learner and special education accommodations.
  • Coordinate internship components with on/off‑campus employers and place participants accordingly.
  • Plan and oversee summer components, including orientation, housing, and course teaching; supervise summer residential operations.
