Qualifications

• Master's degree required in STEM, Education, or related field.
• 5–7 years of administrative leadership in higher ed or secondary school.

• Experience with urban, low-income, first-generation students.

• Plan, develop and administer the UBMS program and ensure compliance.
• Direct supervise staff including Assistant Director and instructors.
• Manage program budgets of nearly $400,000 annually.
