Qualifications

Master’s degree in STEM, education, psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of administrative experience in higher education or similar setting.
Strong budgeting, procurement, and grant management knowledge.
Experience with student services and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop and administer the UBMS program ensuring compliance with funder and university policies.
Directly supervise program staff, including the Assistant Director and instructors.
Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise instructional staff; align curriculum.
Manage budgets for UBMS (approx. $400k annually) and ensure compliance.
Maintain partnerships with Nobles and related community partners.
Oversee student recruitment, screening, and admission decisions.
Prepare annual performance and progress reports for funding agencies.
