Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Student Development, Counseling or Administration.
• Minimum three years of experience working with disadvantaged students or high school-aged educational settings.
• Experience designing challenging academic curricula, assessing student needs and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the UBMS program to ensure strong student engagement and progress toward outcomes.
• Recruit eligible high school students to participate in the grant project each year.
• Design and implement STEM-focused curricula for the UBMS summer residential program.
• Hire, train, and supervise UBMS staff and student assistants for summer programs.
• Oversee academic-year mentors and STEM projects; assist with residential/virtual programming.
• Develop and maintain program marketing materials; ensure timely compliance reports and budget documentation.
