Responsibilities

• Lead shift safety performance and ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Supervise production teams assembling steering columns and manage performance reviews.
• Coordinate staffing, work assignments, and production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ensure quality standards and proper documentation; analyze errors and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee preventive maintenance coordination.
• Drive continuous-improvement activities (6S, IDEAS) and process improvements.
