Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead steering production shifts, ensure safety, and deliver on quality and productivity targets. The role involves staffing, coaching, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet schedules.

Applicants should have prior manufacturing leadership experience, knowledge of OSHA safety standards, and proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems. A GED or high school diploma is required.

Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety policies.

Responsibilities

Lead shift safety performance and OSHA compliance.
Supervise production teams and manage staffing and performance reviews.
Coordinate with schedulers to meet customer demand and changes.
Own improvement initiatives (6S, IDEAS) and problem-solving on the floor.
Ensure training, documentation, and equipment maintenance are current.
