Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day work on the steering production line.
• Train and coach operators to follow safety, quality and work standards.
• Coordinate line staffing and shift rotations.
• Execute production plan and meet standard times.
• Perform first- and last-piece inspections and report discrepancies.
• Support root cause investigations and countermeasures.
• Ensure equipment readiness and set up changeovers per build schedule.
• Record shift results in MES and communicate line performance.
