Triple-S Steel is seeking a motivated Material Handler to safely move and load steel, follow safety standards, and support daily productivity goals. The role requires manual lifting, use of forklift or crane, and attention to quality while working in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities include moving materials, tying down loads, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teams to meet production schedules. Strong reading of orders and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• Reading work orders or instructions to determine material needs.
• Plan and organize work activities with minimal supervision.
• Develop knowledge of product and inventory control techniques.
• Maintain inter-department communications related to routing, safety, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Safely move steel to/from storage and production areas using approved equipment.
• Follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Load and secure loads, optimize load capacity for routes, and assist with equipment setup.
• Operate assigned tools/equipment and maintain them in good condition.
