• Support change order management and customer interactions.

• Adhere to safety programs and company standards.
• Contact customers at project start and coordinate all aspects of the job.
• Coordinate requirements with contractors and detailers for submittals and delivery.
• Attend site meetings to support customer focus and ensure schedules are met.
• Produce documents and track orders in the business system.
• Assist supervisor in project reviews and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage contracts and monitor lump sums for over-runs and invoicing.
• Place orders for non-rebar products and maintain contract files.
