Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field OR three years of experience as a rebar detailer OR demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Ability to apply ACI codes and CRSI standards

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and coordinate detailing efforts to supply world-class products and services.
• Provide total contract management of each project, including coordinating detailing, scheduling, and delivery while meeting obligations.
• Coordinate project requirements with the contractor’s representative, engineer, and architect using company guidelines.
• Review and process changes to the project per change order procedures.
• Lead the change order process to obtain acceptance by the customer.
• Explain plans and contract terms to teammates, field operations, and customers.
• Represent the company in project meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Service Supervisor to control costs and maintain customer relations.
• Formulate reports on progress, costs and scheduling for leadership updates.
• Frequent travel to jobsites and customer locations inside and outside the territories; frequent office visits.
