Nucor Rebar Fabrication Northeast is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to assist the project team with careful recordkeeping, timely material delivery, and change order management. You will coordinate drawings and ensure contracted material meets the customer’s schedule, while supporting site meetings and customer focus.

Responsibilities include producing documents, maintaining contract files, and helping resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Proactive communication with customers and project teams throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in coordinating detailed projects with proper recordkeeping and on-time material delivery.
• Coordinate submittals of drawings and delivery of contracted material to meet the customer’s schedule.
• Attend site meetings to support customer focus and resolve discrepancies with the project team.
• Produce necessary documents and coordinate orders in Nucor Rebar Fabrication's business system.
• Maintain contract files, monitor lump sums for overruns, and assist with invoicing.
